Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a 100% penalty of the total reservation amount.

100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.

2. Paying at the Hotel

5% will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount will be settled upon check-in.

In case of a no-show or cancellation in accordance with policy, an automatic charge or refund will be made, depending on the case, to the credit card provided at check-in.
Upon check-in, guests are required to present a photo ID and the credit card used for full payment or as a guarantee for the reservation.
By making your reservation, you agree that any associated transaction fees and service charges are non-refundable. This means that in the event of cancellation of your reservation, these fees will not be refunded as they correspond to services processed at the time of confirmation.
